Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Sale/discounted items (if applicable)

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at debansuchatterjee31@gmail.com
  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partner (Shiprocket)
  • In some cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product

Reverse Pickup (via Shiprocket)

  • Reverse pickup will be attempted 1–2 times
  • Ensure your address and contact details are correct
  • If pickup fails due to customer unavailability, the return request may be cancelled

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund method:

  • Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders → refunded via bank transfer / store credit (as per your preference)

Shipping Charges

  • Forward shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping may be:
    • Free (if you want to offer it), OR
    • Deducted from refund amount (common for small businesses)

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share images/videos for verification
  • We will arrange replacement or full refund

Exchange Policy (Optional)

We offer exchanges for size/design issues:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days
  • Subject to product availability

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

All shipping and reverse pickup services are handled via our logistics partner Shiprocket. However, return approvals, refunds, and exchanges are managed solely by us.
